I am hoping that Orange PD Sgt. Phil McMullin, Information Officer, will read the following twenty entries about the Santa Ana River Bike Trail. I posted them to OC Parks page. I told him about a sexual assault, the accomplices were standing a few feet away, I pointed and said, 'They say that it happened outside of the gate, but in fact, it happened by the sink." Sgt. McMullin responded, "Well, there is nothing that I can do, if they don't agree." I offered, "They are the perpetrators drug buddies, they think they can get him off by placing the assault outside of the gate." McMullin continued, "Well, what they say doesn't match what you say, I don't believe you." I pointed out that I have no history of drug or alcohol abuse, no mental illness, no convictions, "I don't have any reason to make something up."

What difference does it make where it happened, the police can do something, like make an arrest. The perpetrator was there at the scene. Nearby a man told the pervert to leave and don't come back. Sgt. McMullin looked disappointed. Perhaps he just didn't feel like interviewing anyone or making an arrest, it was hot out, or, maybe his personal policy is to encourage sexual assault, my observation is that most cops do not view rape as a crime but rather as a right. I told him about a meth lab, in the homeless colony next to British Petroleum's gas tanks, he said he would check it out, but he must have succumbed to the heat, since last week the meth lab generator has been revving like a race car, night and day.
