Camp Meth Lab, Apparently their generator runs all night long (yet no lights are on) it is blasting like a race car revving when I bike past at 9PM, and still going at 6AM when I return to draw. Note that British Petroleum gas storage tanks can be seen in the photo (on the other side of the tracks), the camp is north of the tracks that cross the river bike trail off of Katella; the gas tanks are on the south side. If the meth lab explodes it will take out BP and all of the City of Orange, at least.
